Elk and Deer Hunting Checklist

Clothing: Cotton should be limited in your selection of clothing. A maximum weight for each hunter is 80 lbs not including rifle and ammo. Hunter orange is not required in the state of Idaho.

Equipment: Remember you are on pack and saddle stock. Equipment should be kept to the necessities of what you will need.
